Residential Pivot Gate Systems

Our Residential Pivot Gate System is designed for industrial, residential or ranch applications where medium duty, medium use application.

Residential Pivot Gate Features

1) The Residential Pivot Gate Model is powered by a 12 Volt operator that operates quickly and quietly with a full cycle time of approximately 13 seconds and has been tested with over 750 cycles in a 24-hour period.

2) Our counterbalanced design relieves undo stress on the motor, which helps promote longer motor life.

3) Full systems circuitry with LED diagnostics make it user friendly and much easier to install and wire for all access and safety equipment.

4) The MPG-CS12VP also features current sensing and automatic reversing. This simply means that the gate will automatically reverse if it strikes an object during the close cycle and automatically stop if it strikes an object during the opening cycle.

5) Control Stand and parts are completely powdercoated with your choice of color.

6) Solar Power available if no power is at the gate sight.

7) The MPG-CS12VP can handle gate panels up to 20 feet long and 5 feet tall.
